Our History curriculum is aimed at teaching our students a wide range of History topics from prehistory up to the First World War and everything in between.
As well as looking at global historical events and time periods, we also focus on our local History which helps our Prep students understand about their local heritage.
At Hulme, we use a wide range of lessons within our learning and make our lessons cross-curricular. We want students to be able to develop a secure knowledge of local, national and world history and develop a chronological understanding of historical events. They are able to do this within our exciting curriculum using time-lines, ICT and trips to historical sites and events.
