In Geography we aim to teach our children about places and locations; human and physical geography; and skills around both map work and field work. We do this through exciting topics that are based within areas of the United Kingdom and also topics that explore the global, wider world. From Pre-Prep through to Year 6, children have opportunities to learn about cultures and traditions; they have opportunities to research using ICT; they are instructed in how to read and interpret maps; and they learn specific geographical terminology. We thrive in making our lessons as cross-curricular as possible with Art, Design and Music being included too.
