Sharon Green
Alumni and Development Manager
s.green@hulmegrammar.org
Sharon is Oldham born and bred. Having fled the town for Humberside Polytechnic, Sharon worked as a VAT Advisor for almost 10 years before joining Hulme Grammar in 2004. Working in the Development and Alumni office spanning three decades, Sharon has a wealth of knowledge and experience not only of the school and the local area, but literally hundreds (if not thousands) of pupils that have walked the corridors and studied in the classrooms.
An encyclopedia for the school and our alumni, Sharon plans and organises school reunions and events and manages all of the volunteering, alumni communications and more importantly the alumni magazine.
Sharon has two children, loves walking with her husband and travelling at every opportunity. (Sharon is also remarkably modest and wouldn’t write anything for her biog, so we did it for her…she’s a star!)
