Entry to Prep (4+)

Children are warmly welcomed to spend the day at our school, either independently or alongside a small group of peers. The morning will be spent with the Prep School Assessor and children will engage in a variety of lessons, activities and challenges, some of which will focus on Maths and English skills.

For Year 3 to Year 6 entry, they will also complete online assessments using a Chromebook. All tasks are thoughtfully designed to be both enjoyable and challenging, enabling your child to showcase their strengths and potential. This allows us to observe firsthand how well your child can flourish and thrive within our school community.

The afternoon will provide your child with a taster session. They will participate in the timetabled lessons with their current cohort of peers, offering them a glimpse into the vibrant atmosphere of HGS.
